Creation of our collections is based on market research and
current mode trends. The offered assortment comprises:
- jacquard curtains, lace and fall plate curtains made of
Polyester,
- ready-made curtains,
- marquisette and tulle of Polyester,
- inflammable curtains certified for their resistance to
flames,
- tablecloths, runners and doilies of Polyester,
- narrow laces for underwear, allover laces for garments
and laces for occasional events (for example funerals),
- printed jacquard curtains,
- jacquard guipures.

Fabryka Firanek i Koronek "FAKO" S.A. was
established in 1951. The factory was privatized and
has been operated as a joint stock company since the 1st of
December 1998. FAKO SA is a well known producer of
wide range of synthetic curtains, laces and tableclothes
quality of which is guaranteed by European Quality
Certificate ISO9001:2000. Due to the modern technology
(new electronic jacquard machines) and well educated
and experienced stuff, a lot of new designs are steadily
introducing into production which make them competitive
on the domestic and foreign markets. About 40% of
our production is exported to the Great Britain, France,
Germany, The Netherlands, The USA, Russia, White Russia
and Ukraine.
The well over-thought management policy based on
the knowledge of competition, flexibility in the production
as well as conscious financial and investment policy
allow the company to maintain the position of reliable
economical partner. In the recognition of successful
management our company has been honored by many important
awards:
- in 1997 and 1998 - "Solidny Partner - Reliable
Partner"; certificate awarded twice by the
National Promotion Programme for reliability, credibility
and meeting deadlines in the business operation;
- in 1999, 2000 and 2003 - "Fair Play Enterprise";
awarded by the Polish Chamber of Industry;
- in 1999 - "The Golden Bar Code 1999"
awarded by the Logistic and Storage Institute of
the EAN Polish Bar Code Center, for winning first
place in the competition of marking produced goods
with bar codes EAN;
- in 2000 - FAKO acquired Quality Certificate ISO
9001:2000 for Design, Production and Distribution
of Knitted and Ready-Made Goods;
- in 2002 - "Reliable Company - White Register"
for financial reliability and environmentally friendly
production;
- in 2003 - European Medal for production of tablecloths
(designs: Virginia, Stella, Salomea).
